At CalaChem we have a strong culture of learning and career development is a key feature of our approach.

To support this aspiration, we provide employees with learning and development initiatives to ensure we have the right skills, knowledge and behaviours in place to manufacture our products and supply our services safely and efficiently.

Using internal, on line and external resources, we provide a range of coaching and learning opportunities which focus on job skills, safety needs and future career aspirations to develop our employees. In addition to this, we encourage our employees to consider their own career development needs.

CalaChem have long standing relationships with educational institutions and recognise the value of formal qualifications. Indeed, we have many examples of employees adding to their qualifications, such as apprentices moving onto degree programmes, which have been sponsored by CalaChem.
