n Wednesday 1st November we attended the Forth Valley College Modern Apprenticeship Open Evening along with many other manufacturing and engineering companies from the local area.
We take immense pride in our Modern Apprenticeship Programme and we are delighted we can continue to work in partnership with Forth Valley College and support the programme.
Several of our manufacturing management team attended the open evening as well as our HR team and some of our current apprentices. They took time to speak to anyone who approached the CalaChem stand and answer any questions the young people seeking an apprenticeship had as well as any queries their parents had.
Having our current apprentices present at the event certainly put some of the young people at ease as they could relate to how they were feeling and could speak them through the process form their own experiences.
